MOTHERHOOD ENCOMPASSED

The Motherhood Encompassed package is designed for my beautiful mamas in bloom, who are wishing to capture baby before, and after they join us earthside.
This package includes:
-60 minute maternity session in home or outdoors
-60 minute newborn session in home or outdoors
-20 high resolution images of your choice, for each session (40 in total)
BOOKING PROCESS
1.ENQUIRE
My shoot days are Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays. Send through your enquiry with a preferred date, or book in a call to chat!
2.DEPOSIT
Once a date has been decided on, pay a non-refundable $200 deposit. This confirms our date, and will be taken off the remaining balance.
3.ALL ABOUT YOU
You will now have access to your client portal, where you can view your invoice, contract & in depth questionnaire. Make sure the questionnaire is filled in before our phone call.
4.LET'S CHAT
We will book in a phone call to chat about the questionnaire, location choices, and to discuss the session itself- there’s no silly questions, and I can’t wait to hear all about your vision for our shoot!
5.ONE WEEK OUT
You will be invoiced for the Rosa Package 7 days prior to our session. This is my base package and includes 10 images. Upgrades can be paid for once you have your gallery.
6.ACTION
You will receive a confirmation email from me the day before our session confirming address, start time, what to bring etc. I will also text the day of, ensuring the weather is on our side, and also so you have my number on hand. Get excited beautiful, our session is going to be AMAZING!
7.GALLERY
Expect your gallery 2-3 weeks after our session, in which you will have a beautiful slideshow to watch, and 70+ watermarked images to obsess over.
8.DECISIONS
You will have 7 days to view your gallery, and choose the package you wish to have. There is no pressure to upgrade, simply choose what works for you, with the amount of images that you cannot live without.

In order to get an idea of what you're after, and to make sure I am the right fit for you, I highly recommend a super quick chat over the phone before booking. We can go over pricing, what working with me looks like from start to finish, and it also offers you the chance to ask any questions you may have. Making this process easy for you is my aim, and a quick phone call eliminates emailing back and forth- as I know how busy life gets.
FAQ
Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Up to 40km travel outside of Bowen Mountain is included. Additional travel is charged at .85c/km.
Do you have a client wardrobe?
I have limited pieces for women, newborns and a very small handful of items for small children. I do have a family guide, however, that will give you advice on how to dress for our shoot, and we can also organise a style consultation prior to the shoot as well.
What locations do we have to choose from?
I always check with you first to see if there is somewhere significant, or meaningful you would like our shoot to take place. Otherwise, the places I mostly shoot at are either by the river, in grassy fields, in the Blue Mountains, at the beach or in your home. All clients receive an extensive location guide.
How long does it take to receive the photos and how will those be delivered?
My turnaround time really depends on how much I am booked- but my current timeframe is 3-4 weeks. I will always try to get the out sooner, however I am meticulous with editing. They will be delivered in an online gallery host called Pic-Time, which is extrememely user friendly. Here, you will be able to view your gallery, and download the amount of images you have selected in your package.
Do you offer raw files?
Never. Raw files are only a fraction of the final product, as most of the magic takes place in the editing process. The edit is also one of the reasons you have booked me, so keeping that consistent is very important to me.
What happens if I need to cancel or postpone?
Life happens- I completely understand. So I will always try to be accommodating. When you book, your first payment will be the $200 session fee. This amount is non refundable- but it can be used towards another shoot. If we need to postpone due to various reasons, I need 24 hours notice to reschedule as this gives me enough time to try and fill that booking spot as I have kept it available for you.
Do you have a payment plan?
Absolutely- I can arrange a 4 part payment plan if this suits you better.
What photography services do you offer?
My passion lies in anything motherhood- capturing you at all stages of this beautiful journey.
I also love to capture families, extended families and couples.
I will take on a few elopements during the year as well depending on availability & size of the elopement.
